How the membership works
$159 each month
Drafted from your credit card or bank account and stored in your patient wallet. Use it on products or services at any time.
$100 one time setup fee
Paid once when you enroll. It covers account setup and your member pricing going forward.
No long term commitment
Month to month agreement. Cancel with 30 day written notice.
